The adopter is required to set an appointment to get the cat/kitten checked out & spayed/neutered if it isn't already.
The adopter is also asked be to send an update a week after adoption about how the cat is doing & then a month later. Yearly updates are recommended but not required.
The adopter must be able to provide an inside or inside/outside home for the cat. We try to get the cats into homes where they can be inside at least overnight.
